Doricelys N. Martinez serves as the President and Executive Director of Cuidado Casero Foundation, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)3 organization committed to building a robust and diverse nursing workforce. Through scholarships, mentoring, educational workshops, and career guidance, the foundation advances healthcare both nationally and within the communities it serves.
In 2016, Ms. Martinez founded Helping Hands 4 the Homeless North Texas, a community-driven non-profit that employs progressive ideas and bold actions to support individuals experiencing homelessness. Through partnerships, such as the collaboration with Art of Living, where she serves as a board member, the organization has orchestrated impactful events, including a Pop-Up Care Village Carnival that served over 358 individuals and 32 children with essential services.
Before her role at Cuidado Casero Foundation, Ms. Martinez dedicated 22 years as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Medica Health Management, a single-source management company providing solutions for Home Health and Hospice administration. Her influence and leadership contributed significantly to the positive results achieved within the company.
Combining her non-profit and leadership management experience, Ms. Martinez passionately leads and promotes the Cuidado Casero Foundation’s mission, vision, and diverse programs. She emphasizes the importance of mentoring and providing leadership to the Hispanic/Latino future leaders of the community, advocating for increased awareness through available support, education, and resources.
Ms. Martinez has been rooted in humanitarian concerns since 2010, demonstrating unwavering commitment to helping those in need. She served on the board of The North Texas Chapter of PAMS, contributing to medical missions in Peru and helping provide life-changing surgical procedures for underprivileged individuals.

Holding a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration, she has been honored with various recognition awards. Her most recent accolade includes receiving the Bold Woman award from Girls, Inc. 2024. She was named the inaugural TRACE Community Partner in 2023 by Tarrant County College and has been recognized as one of the 50 influential Hispanic leaders by the FW Hispanic Chamber. Her extraordinary journey has been highlighted in publications such as The Metro Report, Southlake Style, and One to Know: Celebrating Women of Texas.
